NW Snag Surveys FAQs

Why is a snagging survey from NW Snag Surveys important before completion?

▶

NW Snag Surveys emphasises that before you legally complete your new build, the developer is obliged to fix defects. After completion, the responsibility shifts, making it harder to resolve issues. A pre-completion snagging survey ensures defects are logged and fixed while the builder is still responsible, protecting your investment from day one.

What is included in a snagging survey from NW Snag Surveys?

▶

A snagging survey from NW Snag Surveys includes a full internal and external inspection, a professional PDF snagging report with photos, an NHBC warranty compliant defect list, fast turnaround, and fixed pricing. They inspect over 200 potential defect points, such as poor brickwork, insulation gaps, and uneven floors.

What experience does NW Snag Surveys have?

▶

The inspector at NW Snag Surveys has over 30 years of construction experience. They provide an independent service, working solely for the client, not the builder, to ensure unbiased reporting and quality assurance for new build homes.
